JSC “DAKRA” values the protection of personal data, and we therefore place great emphasis on protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains and clarifies how we, as data controller, treat our visitor’s and customer’s personal data according to (EU) 2016/279, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

JSC “DAKRA” may transfer the collected Personal Data to people or companies with whom JSC “DAKRA” has contracts to carry out your ordered services (Example – contact person information providing to logistic company for your order delivery).

JSC “DAKRA” will store your Personal Data throughout: project implementation, contract validity period and according to legislation of Republic of Lithuania.

While JSC “DAKRA” cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur, rest assured that JSC “DAKRA” takes great care in maintaining the security of your Personal Data and in preventing unauthorized access to it through the use of appropriate technology and internal procedures.
